WELCOME TO MY WORLD!

It has taken quite a long time, and a lot of prodding, but I have finally entered the Blogosphere! As many of you know, and many of you will learn, during my career as an attorney for over 30 years, I have had quite a number of experiences, and have met thousands of clients with experiences of their own.

I am proud to be a trial attorney, representing individuals who have been harmed through no fault of their own. My clients include drivers, passengers and patients, and come from every walk of life and situation. I ride a Harley and have had the pleasure of representing many bikers and getting to know an interesting group of people. I work with many superb and dedicated physicians in a number of specialties who treat my clients, but also step in on behalf of patients who haven’t received proper care and need help from someone experienced in this complicated area of law.

Through these contacts, and many, many cases and court appearances, I have found that the issues, opinions, concerns and problems that affect people’s lives are consistent throughout time. Just as often, people’s hopes, plans, emotions and life experiences provide me with laughter, inspiration and stories of life worth sharing. What I am most gratified by is the opportunity to help change an injured person’s life.

Through this blog, I hope to provide the non-lawyer with helpful information, provide other lawyers with a place for discussion, to provide bikers with helpful information and sometimes, just to amuse and stir things up.
